Yeah, the ats-v has a twin turbo 3.6 which should be between 400-450 hp. Same engine that's in the cts-v sport, which rips! Lol We've had 3 canyons come in so far. They remind a lot of a Toyota pickup.
Have yet to have an issue. I can check the numbers when I go to work Monday if you don't find anything. If I remember correctly my snap on dealer has had a few different sets.
For removing connector terminals? I have a 10 piece set from snap on. Has covered everything I've ever worked on and haven't even used half of them lol. Wasn't too expensive either.
Sounds like there could be a blockage or air trapped in the cooling system. When the engine is warm check the heater hoses and see if one is noticeably hotter than the other.
If you don't have steering wheel controls I believe you hold the brake pedal down while depressing the accelerator pedal three times. Similar to resetting the oil life index.
Haha, yeah there are no more external switches and yes it is the latch in the door with the 3 torx screws. There is also a actuator in it for the power locks.
