    Bench after being out of town, 225 warm up and stretch. 275 x 5 for 4 sets Got a spot and hit 295 for 4 and he bumped me up on the 5th one. Felt good, been hitting outer triceps and the top half of my bench press is getting way stronger. Then incline and cable flys. Then triceps for days

    Second attempt with the cobalt hooked up to it and got her started, been sitting like a weekish. Once it cracks over there's no drama smooths right out.

    My work uses siai, I think that's how you spell it. I just shipped a zf to hsp from around stl mo for around 130 bucks. Like 4 foot by 4 foot pallet and just under 300 pounds. That was through my works account, and from and to another business dock.
