Goerend always treated me like gold. They have reman'd probably 6 of their G's for me. They have even refreshed a Suncoast 1053 for me, using Suncoast parts i believe.

I agree 1000%. Man I've nearly designed a new language while trying to re install the fan and shroud.
I am only able to leave the thin primary piece of the shroud on the rad when picking cabs.

Only time I've seen main bearing failure(spun) was high mileage and low maintenance. Oil was tar, couldn't scrub it off your hands for a week. Sounded awful, assumed it was a broken crank when he pulled in.

Hmm. Always something new. I've put 1 set of motorsports in an 2015 and then a set of fingers without this issue. But did not use the original 2 piece crank lol.. I believe the crank was out of an older truck.

What length of shock do I use in this scenario?? One of those poor man's lift kits has been removed. Problem is they cut the uca stop completely off the frame. So at full droop there is no shock long enough, and a long lift kit shock is dangerously close to bottoming out. Do I need to worry...
Most aftermarket up pipes do not have the bracket to bolt the downpipe to. Which may also be the source of your rattle. The downpipe may be rotated into the up pipe and they could be making contact

^Exactly.
Fuel, oil, coolant, DEF, all can be reported as NOX by the sensors. I've chased my tail diagnosing NOX sensors on a truck that had an inaudible boost leak.

I believe one of mark's pulling customers snapped one. Hopefully he can confirm but it was a competitor of ours and he ran a wagler engine.
We ran 2x 10mm reverse rotation pumps on a billet timing cover that also mounted a waterman fuel pump & drove it off the cam gear bolt. Used a Wagler cam...
I've fixed so many of them to give me the impression that they do not initiate the quality test on their own..... unfortunately
