    LML trans tuning here!

Its pretty well doing the same thing as far as pressure goes... Maybe Ben can chime in, but the biggest thing is us maxing out Main control.... I'm pretty sure Bens box does basically the same manipulating the Amperage to wide open.

    LML trans tuning here!

Potentially... but I dont think so personally... Mine slipped like crazy on the old denali after miles of abuse and i never actually logged it pulling mm3. I have seen Mike say it does this - and I have seen the tables that are supposed to do it... but none of my logs have reflected it yet...

    LML trans tuning here!

Thanks for the info! Perhaps that was part of why we seen 300 spikes... Its nuts how low of pressure they run these things. I'm sure in hopes of mileage/heat. We haven't really seen any mileage changes with the higher pressure, roughly 10* higher temps, and shifts actually feel the same once it...

    LML trans tuning here!

Mine line stays constant locked/unlocked... So either way, all good. Stock clutches im sure will start to wear at the 1000tq mark, but we have been making 1000ftlbs on LMLs for a few years and those trucks still going. So- even though they do get some wear, they seem to click along quite...

    LML trans tuning here!

Yea, when Brad checked with his liquid gauge he said hit and miss on some trucks, but he did see 280 as well... He stated same thing you did though- that some will hit relief and not make more than 250, while others will. Regardless, we can run it to its max setpoint with a simple...

    LML trans tuning here!

No sir.. I made a call to Brad@Calvins and Evan@limitless this morning confirming the changes we have will be fine with builds and all is well to go!

    LML trans tuning here!

Answered it above... but here is the response to that. Yes sir, but the majority of builders do their pressure mods mechanically (Basically removing main control)... So if the builder of the "built trans" didnt do those mods, then this will for sure help... but everyone i know building them...

    LML trans tuning here!

PMed MikeL this morning to try some of it and report back.... We (and Brad@Calvins) have seen them live stock at 550-600 for quite some time... With pressure mods (which now we can do with tuning) we have seen MANY still holding 650. Now, I think over time.. ANYTHING can break... and this is not...

    LML trans tuning here!

LBZ trans tuning is just part throttle shifts/lockup at WOT. The main thing on LML trans tuning is line pressure control.

    LML trans tuning here!

They can do it for a very long time... we have seen a few hold 700 (still holding) for a good bit. However, anything can break at any time... Its deff not a permanent solution for a built trans! Defuel- We leave stock defuel in all tcm/ecm tunes.

Confusion caused by ECM replacement, and, LLY in LB7 transplant

That is what I originally did, but then was stated backwards, flipped it, now showing 1/2. Oddball one I suppose. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    what tune

Man honestly without a lift pump and maxing out the regulator in tuning we can generally hold close to 150hp over stock. The cp3 conversion and injectors will generally give up 700hp, sometimes a little more and sometimes a little less as long as the supporting air is there. I cant say it...
  19. bluessmax

    what tune

The cp4 does not supply enough pressure on its own to maintain psi!
  20. bluessmax

    what tune

Unfortunately the LML has a weak fuel pump (cp4.2) which doesn't allow us to really crank on the fuel. With the fuel pump replaced with one that will flow adequate fuel, the stock injectors can flow around 700hp. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
