    Weighed 259 Deads today Warm up warm up warm up 475x3 for 5 sets 475 for 5 on the last set Been a few weeks since I did deads so I think I had plenty of time to recover. Felt like a beast, 5 plate reps will be coming soon!

    Settled on a shoei fs-rs in flat black. 365 on sale at big st charles motorsports for helmet month. They do a sale this time a year. More than I wanted to spend but I'm sure I'll feel safer in it than my mx helmet.

    Hit good deep squats with 405, less feeling like passing out. Felt way stronger this week, still alot of weight and not easy but it's going up, did 6 sets of 3 without alot of drama and lower depth than last week.

    Thanks bud plan is low 10s at the moment. I'm glad I got this truck when I did. There is a stock engine game unlocked now we couldnt do years ago.

    I think there are a bunch of people who aren't to proud lol. I know I'm not, but it's funny how fast you can go for not near what people sink into some of these trucks if your fine with a gamble and having a seperate daily and not to proud to hack one up lol

    Honestly if it let go of probably drop another stocker in it lol. I don't sweat the engine at all. Not guaranteed but I feel good about it. Actually makes me want to do the same setup on the daily. Mark is the man! I may not be the fastest zf or stock engine right now but this is the most fun...
