    Junkyard.... Cut one off a wreck, weld it back in place....pretty easy. Had to do it on one truck here that it'd been removed from. Easier done with the diff held in place by the other two mounts..... Lines up nice then.

    Dan, you think its the same problem here. Not as much black shit as Joe's but the armature has some rust on it, as well as inside the magnet and can. Still pumps, just makes a nasty growling sound. Filter is clean, filter was slightly crushed though.

    Fox 2.0, Bilstein 5100s, which?

    Had fox 2.0's (4) on the front of mine, 2.5's on the rear(2). Dampened 40" tires pretty well. I liked them.... never ran bilsteins though so i cant compare.

    Stock trans will not like 500 hp.....even a shift kit won't cut it. Save the money, get it built right , any trans builder on this forum will point you in the right direction. Efi will give you everything you need for tuning. Its a little more end user involved but the end result is worth...

    SS will hold up better than the aluminized will, how long though, I have no idea.... I live in Nevada...aluminized is more than good enough for this climate:D
