    Hey Dan - Pat, 5.5" tubing grows on trees just need to pick a wall thickness, thanks though. The comp is custom that's why I sacrificed the inlet diameter.

    The old 400 had a 5" comp intake, the new charger has a 5.5" intake (OD) don't wanna change my intake as it has my MAF and filters set up sweet. Any ideas how i can get from compressor intake at 5.5" OD to 5" ID for the intake and filter size? In a short distance? Say 6" Cheap question I...

    I housing is about $150 try it and see what happens. Dp is resistance to flow make the hole bigger it flows better, at a cost, you know the cost. It has been my experience when DP goes down boost goes with it... think about it, the only thing seperating the 2 is the exhaust valve... backside...

    Thats about a 400 lb spring, right? Even if it did sag he has a long way to go before he runs out of adjustment in both preload and spring rates. Great idea. Talk about weight loss... POOF! 100+ lbs you lost the bar across the frame as well right? Dude Nice.:)

    He's got twins and a 58 converter. It should scare you from 40 mph roll and boil 'em from a dead stop. If the trans is fresh and you got fuel available its the tune and could be a number of things, call Pat send him the tune and let him look it over for ya. Good luck Josh.

    worst thing? it melts and doesn't work, sticks and never works the same twice, has lousy springs and relaxes. Didn't read your signature, suggest a DP guage and a boost guage so you can tune them. Take a look at Engineered Diesel, tell Chris i sent you. IIRC they can be had, complete, for less...

    http://www.atpturbo.com/ look for the GT 42 parts, it can be had in steel or aluminum depending on boost tube mat'l. I replced the o-ring on mine cause the original was a little cheesy thing. Good luck

    I lost a one for the head and another on the backside of the rockers... Go see the local cylinder head rebuilder he should/prolly has a misc box filled with them, takes time searching but he has one somewhere. Oh, best of all... there prolly FREE.
