    I tried once before I had the built trans to finish off the old meats before I replaced them and the truck would just fall on it's face when it shifts. I tried again a couple days Ago just for shots n giggles to see if it could do it and same issues again. I run duramax tuner max effort stuff.

    Don't mean to laugh but you made it a lot more complicated than it should be.... As long as it works is all that matters. I just bought some of the ppe fittings and ran some hose off to the sides.

    Start by inspecting u joints and replace them if necessary. I'm pretty sure your truck 1410 u joints. Check your ball joints up front by barely getting the wheels off the ground and prying the tire up and down while looking for any play in the joints. Grease them first and see what that does.

    Like joshH said. ExhAust then tune immediately. It will default to the150 tune until you install the knob and To answer your next question you; no, you wont hurt anything driving on the 150 tune. Do the egr when ever you want as the tuning shuts it off. But you should still do it asap since the...

    Ferm ,you just answered something that's been bugging me for a long time. That explains why the 1410 I keep buying don't fit perfectly. I have a 2 piece steel shaft. That explains why they are sooooo damn tight. :mad::mad::mad:

    Ddp injectors are good. They are big in Cummings world. I would run their injectors. As far as BD.... They have good pricing but I wouldn't run their injectors.
