    I would start with a new PSM and internal harness. If no change, work back to the TCM.

    Goerend pans are better. Install sending unit in the pan. It will be the most accurate.

    Transgo Jr will allow C3 and C4 clutches to apply with full main line pressure ( 230psi) instead of control main pressure ( 124psi).     Simple Buy a filler tube and matching dip stick for any 5 or 6 speed Allison. Cases are all the same.
