    Well you're comparing an LB7 to an LBZ. They are completely different. On a stock trans and stock turbo truck it really doesn't matter what company you go with.

    I am just finding it really hard to gain noticeable measureable strength with how random the workouts are in Crossfit. I think if you're already strong it'll work for you but otherwise how am I going to improve my back squat when I work on it once every 2 weeks?
