    Rear axle seal??? Stumped....

    It's almost like a three piece seal. I did the same thing. Changed it out and still leaked bad!. Even took the p-side apart to And realized the ring needed to be removed that wouldn't allow the new seal to seat to the axle.

    My 2nd tune in the dsp5 is a 530hp tune. Just tried it today since I did not have the trailor attached. Didn't even get on the pedal just a normal roll into it and get this code. This is the only tune that gets the code. Any thoughts on the matter? I checked Desired boost levels (all 3) egr off...

    Dustins races tune was first. Don't have a lope tune. And I went in and change his unique idles he had so there was just a little difference between the five tune sound wise.

    Come to find out the pin that was in hole 46 was not connecting even though it was pushed down as far as it would go. Also did the ohm meter and did not read anything. So I pulled the pin back out and cut it off and put a new one in. Made sure it was seated and would not pull out. Started truck...

    Pulled pins back out and put them back in. same issue. Does it matter which wire is the ground? And the wire that was the ground I discnnected a grounded to the chasis. still reading 4.98v? bad switch...

    Yes did the full flash. Will go back out and push the pins in more. They a in there good but will check again. Sofar when I change the tune. The voltage should change also. It stays at 4.98. It has to be with the switch.

    I made the dsp tune using my race tune. Is there an order that they have to go in? Biggest tune to smallest? I have race, stupid street, tow, hot street and should not be on street. Haha

    EFI says You must have V7.6.0 build 94 or higher and I have V7.5.6 build 133 I dont see this update on there site?

    Now I upgraded OS to the dsp5 then made the tunes but didn't run any scripts.

    Just found under upgrade OS. The currently loaded *.tune/ bin file operating system does not support custom op system upgrade using this option. What needs to be done?
