    Oil priming after build - leave glow plugs out?

    Personally I'd go with machine shop way. Cranks faster, primes quicker with no cylinder pressure. But also pull ecm fuse or disconnect bail so as not to fire the injectors. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using Tapatalk

    Yeah you can easily remove all 8 rods. Even check 3 of the mains with upper on. I modify these pans from front to rear sump for marine setups. Holds 15qrts in lower. Best design by far if ya don't have to clear a front axle.. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using Tapatalk

    Just wrapping for now. Haven't found a suitable water cooled off the shelf housing for S475 platform that could be adapted listed anywhere. Also considered jacketing these turbine housings since it's cast stainless. But long as it's taken to build up-pipes, for the meantime that 2000F rates...

    Both bottom ends back together, one set of pipes is welded up, and one to go.. Soon as we get injectors back, these shoukd finally be ready to drop into the boat. Looks like 200% over nozzles gonna be the magic # to bring pw under 1500us at 700hp range. Sure hope she ain't to too hazy...

    Thanks much. I'll give that one a try and see if clears the airbag code. Soon as we get everything else onboard happy, gonna switch up to the 04 Tahoe blue/green ecm and toss a flex fuel sensor in that braided line off the firewall. Make her an alky drinker.     Funally got it to idle correctly. Last tuner disabled the maf and had error rate set at 1hz. So with maf plugged in, it set a P0103 soon as ya fired up. And with that DTC set, it forces into open loop. Runs much better with MAF and O2s working. Time for test drive when it quits raining. Also...
