With stock gearing and tire size yes. Not sure with taller tires, it might be a bit laggy.

I weighed it last year without the backseat, spare and tailgate and it was 7240. So 7240 minus hitch and rear bumper.

If the cp3 is weak, would it still pull good mph? i wouldn't think so. Sure looks like it is not fuelling enough from the video though. I didn't read the whole thread, did you try a tune with more fuel?
