    Block was washed, magnafluxed, mains checked for wear and alignment, decks cleaned up, and torque plate honed to use a std bore mahle cast piston. They did very minimal work to it, I'll get you some bore measurements if you're seriously interested in it.

    There is a blower motor driver/resistor. Lots of times it is a loose connection at the plug that causes the issues, but I have replaced several bad drivers. Another symptom can be a wonky blower motor speed when control is set to auto. The control unit is least likely to be your issue.

    I have stretched many stock bolts at 550hp. Bent stock hold downs at the same power. Also make sure the sealing surface in the bore is not eroded after an event like that. I have had to replace heads due to erosion and grooving.

    Yes, but the conditions for the poor DEF quality test results in these ECMs take more variables into account than the actual fluid. It has no way to accurately monitor the fluid itself, it can only monitor the system conditions and make inferences based on sensor data.
