    Not a lot no , just black film at the bottom of the pan and on top of the filter. Evan seems to think that it’s because something is starting to fail , which makes sense . I’m cleaning it out again but if it does it again I’ll drop the trans out and tear into it . I hate when my truck is down .

    So I made some changes to MIGHTY MAX . I put new wheels and tires on it , I put a 1500 grille on it , raised the bumper, added fog lights and a rear LED strip to the rear .     I think it would be excellent for cardio as well as get you cut up and defined . I typically start all my exercises with sets of 20 with medium weight, that gets the blood pumping to the muscle being worked , then add weight and reduce reps .
