    The 6480 lights my 72/483 combo incredibly fast. A few have commented on that including Kory Willis when he drove my truck. I think it would light a single just as well if not better. Power range, comes on hard at 2200rpm, I shift at 4000. The 6480 the shifts should be 3900 to 4300 rpm...

    I have been in Diesel Power, Diesel Word, 8 Lug, and Diesel Army. All about the same. Once they take the pictures and ask you the questions wait about a year. :spit: And prepare to have about 30% wrong in any given article.

    Unfortunately, the Duramax monotherm piston is no longer under development. So, yep you can forget about it.
