    What cam

That was on my stock motor. I haven't had an 80 on the built motor.

    What cam

I run socal stage 1 heads with a stage 1 empire AF cam (comparable to a socal 3388). Truck makes 1200whp. If you're not going for huge power, I'd stick with a smaller cam.

    They will be for sale.

Heads are lifting...what are my options?

I honestly haven't even bothered to check my drive pressure. Probably what has killed the head gaskets again. But, after the heads are done, I'll actually add the gates to my setup to keep everything in check.

    Race truck build

I asked about that turbo early last year. I was informed that it uses an old Garrett TV based compressor wheel. Not the greatest for making power. I was just curious how it had been running.

Is that one of those "mic turbo" s488's?

Heads are lifting...what are my options?

Well, they have 3 torques on them. Regardless of stretch or not, I'm using new ones.

Heads are lifting...what are my options?

Well, little update. About 5 weeks ago I noticed some abnormal pressure in the cooling system after some aggressive driving. I took it out for a hard run to see if it would spit coolant. Did a 30-130mph pull and sure enough, coolant everywhere. Anyways, talking with my engine builder, he said...

    Stainless Diesel 5 blades...

Last time I contacted them about buying one, they wanted an arm and a leg for one and they also wouldn't sell the "install tool" that apparently is needed. I didn't want a wheel change to turn Into a $1500 ordeal.

LB7: Diesel in the oil, injectors ok.

Every single "new" injector you buy, is actually a reman. There are no legitimate brand new injectors anymore, and haven't been for years.

It will weep fuel into the valley long before it fills the oil with fuel.

You need to ramp up rail pressure while looking for leaks. They probably do not leak at Iidle, which is around 5000psi of rail pressure. Unplug the FPR briefly and check for leaks. That will spike rail pressure to 23000+ psi. Wear safety glasses or fuel may spray you.

Torque Converter lockup issues using lockup switch.

Does it seem like it fully unlocks or does it seem like it's slipping? Is your pump spring shimmed? If it isn't shimmed, in conjunction with the transgo converter valve, you are dropping line pressure when the converter locks, down to around 250psi, which isn't going to hold 800hp well at all.

Any intake runner will fit any head. But if you use lbz+ intake runners, you have to use an lbz y-bridge. If you use lb7/lly intake runners, you have to use an lb7 or lly y-bridge. Lb7/lly intake runners will not work with an lbz+ y-bridge and vice versa.

    Allison 5sp: Friday the 13th

A 2013 came through my buddies shop that had every code in the book. The truck acted very strange. After every test we could think of, I told him it needs a TCM. Sure enough, that was it.

I was in Disneyland all last week. Drove by your shop Monday night to check it out. Of course you were closed but it was still cool to see.

    Allison 5sp: Friday the 13th

Was driving from California to Utah all day. Went perfect actually. My jeep got the best mileage it has ever gotten, no flat tires, no check engine lights, no speeding tickets and I even made it home to a not burned down house an hour ahead of schedule.
