    Yep, we use a broker. They will run a couple of other bids to compare with Health Net but most times the cost is not worth it to change. They also handle our 401k plan. http://seasideadvisory.com/ Not sure if they do Arizona though.

    We use HealthNet HMO for the employees and we have an HSA for ourselves. Pat pays 100% for the employees and their families. Just got notice ours it going up 8.78% from $8524.48 to $9272.68.
