Do you have any way to check injector balance rates?

    LB7: Loss of power!

So I have an edge cs now and can watch rail pressures and all that other good stuff. Anyone feel like helping me diagnose it now? Anyone know what parameters i should be looking at that could cause restricted fuel?

    Steering parts with 8" fabtech

The only problem I've noticed with fabtech, cognito, and the like is if you break one you have to remove it, box it up, send it back, wait for them to examine it, box a new one up, mail the new one, then when you get it you can fix the truck. Downtime may not be a problem for you, but I have to...

Thinking of going from lifted to lowered

Sounds good to me. Just don't forget about me and I'll start collecting parts for you. I've got a couple wrecked 2500hds I know about in my area I can get parts off of. Be safe and careful over there bud!

LB7: Kinked fuel return lines and no fuel cooler!!!

If I ever find out what it is I'll let you know. Like you, I can get around on it if I have the edge turned all the way up and it gets good mileage to. I don't know what it could be and every shop I've been to has been stumped also

    LBZ: Duramax (lbz) guy again

You just need the transgo jr (not transgo) for the 6 speed allison:thumb:

LB7: Kinked fuel return lines and no fuel cooler!!!

Cp3 was changed in June due to it was weak and causing limp mode and only letting me get 2000 rpms. I don't remember what the desired fuel pressure was but I remember it got no where close to the 23k they say it is suppose to get at WOT so I'm thinking its not commanding enough:confused:

    LBZ: Leaking fuel cooler

250-300 from the dealer IIRC. Check eBay for sure and put a wanted ad in the garage sale area here and I'm sure you'll find something quick. You could just by-pass it like the PO done on my truck

LB7: Kinked fuel return lines and no fuel cooler!!!

He's a good friend of mine from my old forum days that has been fallowing this problem. I've been all over the fuel lines to. Only thing left is to hook a vacuum pump up and pull a vacuum. If the lines were a problem I would think my desired vs actual would be off? The desired vs actual is good...

Thinking of going from lifted to lowered

Stock UCA's. I'd be more that happy to give you mine + cash for the cognito UCA's and shock hoops. I can probably get the diff bracket, brake lines, and some other stuff you need to sweetin the deal if interested

    LBZ: Duramax (lbz) guy again

If I had a 6 speed I would have a trans go jr in as soon as I could get one in. Trust me, it sucks monkey nuts limping one and knowing in the back of my mind I need a 5-6k dollar transmission build:(

    LBZ: Duramax (lbz) guy again

Don't worry about an intake unless you just want one for looks but I would put a transgo jr in the same time as efi live and don't get to hot of tunes unless you have 5 grand or more to spend on a full trans! 120 hp or less is what I would run if it was mine but that's my opinion. I wouldn't...

Thinking of going from lifted to lowered

I'll take the dual shock hoops and uca's if you'll sell them separately. If its a spindle lift not the bracket style you'll need stock spindles, and either way you'll need stock length brake lines, stock length shocks or shorter for the drop, and hopefully the factory front diff mount wasn't cut...

LB7: Kinked fuel return lines and no fuel cooler!!!

None unless I literally floor it and then it will only put a small puff out equivalent to a stock duramax , but used to it would "roal the coal" as some call it at half throttle or so which has me to believe it is limiting fuel for some reason:confused:

LB7: Kinked fuel return lines and no fuel cooler!!!

We'll I went and bought some hose, 1/4" unions, and 1/4" barbed fittings and tied the factory lines straight to remove the kinks then connected them with the hose and fittings. Took it for a test drive and she's got a lot more get up and go than before but not like it was and it still sounds...

LB7: Kinked fuel return lines and no fuel cooler!!!

Yea it's oiled, but I clean it every oil change and a few days after I clean and oil the filter until I can get an s&b or aem with a dry filter. No one can figure out the problem on this truck. I've stumped all the local shops in my area with it because everything checks out fine but it's a...
