    You use the lly as a pulling truck? My lb7 is not anywhere close to being in the same category of nice that your lly and lb7 are in and I wouldn't dare pull with mine. The only thing mine has pulled is my lawn trailer with all my equipment during the summer and a bob cat once.

    Try adding an additive that adds lubricity to the fuel or ashless 2 stroke oil on your next fill up and you should see some difference in the noise

    Must be nice. My GP controller is shot and maybe a couple plugs to and it sounds worse than a civic with a fart pipe in 30F or below! Not trying to hijack, but can someone educate me on just replacing the relay and not the whole controller?

    I can read calculated fuel rate, main injection command, main injection fuel rate, main injection timing, pilot injection command, pilot injection fuel rate, and pilot injection timing. Would any of these be the pulse width? Unless I'm missing something I don't think I can read the pulse width...

    It's gonna be hard to diagnose it without out balance rates and all. I would suggest going to the dealer or a local shop and just pay the 80 dollar diagnostic charge and get a scanner or tec II hooked up and report the info back to us because without some numbers all we can do is make guesses...

    Lower power level to 90-120hp, change fuel filter, and invest in a transgo jr ASAP to help keep from burning up that costly allison with the way you're driving it :thumb:
