    Thanks for all the replies guys...it definitely is a frame horn issue...and am exploring donor truck options through a friend now...fabbing something without my own shop would be too costly...there is also a GM part # for the horns but I hear it's way too pricey... Thanks, Pepp

    I have an 01' 2500HD... I just acquired an 05' bumper and grille and just had the lower valence painted to match my 01' pewter truck... I heard it was a simple swap...so I pulled everything off today to change it...no go...Grille fits perfect... bumper is the problem...anyone know what it...

    decided the best place to run my egt and boost gauge into the truck was by drilling a 1/4" hole through the rubber boot where the wiring harness goes through the firewall...drill grabbed hard and caught and wrapped some of the wires and broke them... no money to fix it...but talk about tedious...
