    Getting crank/rods out

    Put 2 fly wheel bolts in and a screw driver in between them and turn. Make sure the bolts are in the crank a ways tho.

    What trans? 5 speed or 6? If its a five and your going to get that far into the tranny i would suggest installing a complete kit..

    Valve broke and got stuck in the head. Thats just the damage the valve did when it was bouncing around in the cylinder.

    I had my trans make a similar noise. But i was making alot of metal. Have you cut your filters open?

    My truck would do that same thing when my auto start/ security would wig out. Try searching how to reset the pass lock.

    X2. The 6.0s are terrible. My unclea at -20 sounds like the rods are just bouncing around in cylinders.
