    On my brothers cummins we just overtorqued the head bolts and its been holding 55 psi of boost and a young driver for 2 years, is that doable or are the bolts TTY? I guess I should man up and do it but I'm a tightwad and just had a accident that wasn't cheap.....

    I only drive around 15,000 miles a year and don't drag race or pull it. I would wastegate the HTT at 40-45 psi. I just dont wanna skimp and be doing it again in in 30,000 miles.....

    Id say its your fan, theyre ridiculously loud when the fan clutch engages. And no, it shouldn't do it at idle.

    Improper u-joint install I bet. They were probably bound up when installed and the guy didn't know how to tap on them to free them up so he said screw it, it will work itself loose...

    I will have to wash the engine bay down to pinpoint it but it looks like from the overflow cap. I'll take the cap off and start it tomorrow and see if there are bubbles and go from there but I'm pretty sure the gaskets have been on the way out for awhile.     Mine definitely has a problem, low coolant light, overheating and I popped the hood and there's coolant everywhere. I guess I'm just gonna go ahead and pull the heads so its for sure fixed.
