    Its a slippery slope, both autogeek and knipex. Then again it may just be me. It's addicting thats for sure. I don't have any other toys though(bike,boat,snowmobile,etc), tools and making things look nice are my hobbies.

    IIRC that thing is $600. For just rotating tires I would save your money. Just buy a cheap torque wrench and breaker bar and usebthe Ryobi to speed them on and off. No doubt the IR will last for a few rotations.

    I see no Channel Locks in that picture? Channel locks are 19th century technology with blue handles. There are 7 pairs of Cobra's and I do end up using all of them quite a bit. Back when I owned channel locks I dreaded them and rarely used them. With the Cobra's I tend to look for a reason...

    I bought the 5 piece set for around $200 IIRC from chads toolbox. Comes with 150mm,180mm,250mm,300mm,4??mm and 560mm. Then i bought the 250mm slim nose onea and the tiny ones seperate. They are very nice. The fact they are self tightening is what realky sets them apart.

    Thats only half of them. I have quite a few others and a few other compounds as well. Going to upgrade to 10" wheels when I find the ones I like most to help speed things up. These are 8".

    Polished the valve cover on the Jetta today. Couldve used a little more sanding before the buffing but my fingers were getting tired and ready to move to power tools.     Kinda nice working on this thing. The way the assemble everything and the materials they use makes it easy to take apart. Broken every exhaust manifold bolt loose with my 1/4" ratchet.

    Got the Jetta in the shop finally. Got the turbo off, not too bad. Much faster than a dmax. I have a lot of other issues to track down while its in here. Got some new summer tires for it on the way too. Winter tires didnt see much use again haha.

    Ive done 3 rong gears now IiRC, none on our trucks. Most have had aftermarket starters though. You can turn the motor by the alternator nut. 24mm, much easier.
