    Looks like a 6.0 is around $1500. I think we will stick with the 5.3 and turbo it down the road. That being said what cam and springs do y'all recommend and what's a good company to buy from that will be able to answer any questions, not just a parts seller.

    I like the sounds if that! So just do a cam and valve springs a turbo it? Don't bother with headers and a intake and headst? This is a DD truck, not a race truck if that makes any difference when it comes to turbo sizing

    Make one of these and pressurize your intercooler system to about 20 lbs and see if its leaking anywhere. Stick it in the boot on the hot side intercooler pipe.

    The tuning and injectors should have helped the mileage. Whose tunes and have you checked it for boost leaks?

    I want to do the same thing. I found the trim piece but cant find a seat that's reasonably priced :( I have a friend who did it and he just stuffed the amp under the dash and got rid of the sub iirc.

    Wow that sucks. Foam peanuts aren't enought for something of that weight I would say, should have used a bunch of bubble wrap too. There's still no excuse for that kind of damage!
