Damn... i shouldnt waste my time with efi-live then and just go stack an edge, with a quadzilla, ontop of a ppe, maybe i'll go back to the dyno and see if we picked up any hp? i think if we bolt the tow mirrors to the engine stand we could get that extra 50hp we've been missing....

Engine build LB7 with LML parts

with a cracked piston you should have blown your oil fill cap off... with twin pumps and a charger you're going to need rods at the bare minimum, and eventually pistons someday... dont waste a lot of money in a build with stock parts, just find a stock short block and put your heads and drive...

very cool 20-145 and frame:thumb:, we've filled in the holes on both of ours and i think its the only way to go. did they support the bearing caps of the 20-145 with some custom supports? i have heard some of the aluminum centers have had issues with no supports

my fear would be some hill-rod would wack the rear of his frame off, weld some thin wall tubing out there just to support the bed, and run the hitch back to the rear axle. so when he gets smacked by the sled at 20mph and the rear of the truck folds up like an accordian and that would be a mess...

we try and make our rules as close to PPL as possible, however, we thought it would be a bad idea to base our rules entirely on PPL rules for that year. I dont think anyone in our club wanted to be stuck with rules that we didnt vote on. but i think the bottom line is, no one is going to...

not picking on wes but here's what i had for rule changes. i do agree the rules could use some clarity. i dont see any advantage weight wise doing what wes did to the back of the truck, i would bet the tubing added weighs close to what the stock frame piece did. 2012 Class Rule Changes/Updates...
