Could a valve be stuck in the valve body cause this .the one test I did per si said to unplugged the gray connector from the Tcm. Which I did and it didn't change still no forward gears even in manual mode .dont believe it to be a pump problem because I have reverse . That's why I haven't...- happyduramax

Have a tech 2 what test can I run to help find the problem. I'm not a trans guy but want to learn I know enough to be dangerious. Lol.- happyduramax

Yes. That was the first thing we did. A shop just put the trans in the truck. He said they put a used 07 trans in it. I know they had to change valve body for it to. Work could it be a valve body problem? But no codes He bought the truck off a local dealer .and trans went out a short...- happyduramax

I have a friend that has a 05 lly 5speed went to a concert and went to go home and all he has is reverse no forward gears even in manual .he unhooked his batteries didn't help installed new neutral safety switch on trans . same thing. unplug grey connector at tcm . still have...- happyduramax

I left evan a message haven't heard back yet . talk to blake from sun coast he said I can us the c1 and c2 hub assemblies and pump like you said and just get a kit for a six speed . he said it was better then the transgp kit being I have it already was looking at the gmax 6-3 kit whats...- happyduramax

thank you for your reply I wasn't sure on what parts to use from the six speed . I knew they updated the hubs from the 5 to six . will make some phone calls when I get ready for the build . I'm in direct with ppe and have used there kits . was going to us them again but I also wanted...- happyduramax

I have a good Allison from a 08 lmm . I have a 05 lly and will be doing a trans for it . can I use the bell housing/pump and use the valve body and park switch from my 5 speed on the lmm trans .if that would work I was planning on building the 6 speed. then when i remove my 5 speed...- happyduramax

Anyone have trex up pipes?
yes they fit great no problems . and yes they made a difference . I used them with a bd manifold . install the lml manifold when you do it . I heat wrapped mine and use a turbo sock by levi- happyduramax
