LLY: Cant figure it out.....
so i decided to put the fuel rail shim kit in my rail several weeks ago... needless to say i pulled my turbo to also install a new oil drain gasket (was leaking) threw the shims in but couldnt get the oil drain peice back on. Well i was in a buddies heated shop but had to move it and teh weather... -

the reason i know its not turbo lag is it doesn't do it all the time if it were turbo lag it would be a constant thing annd always be doggy in the low end this is definatly a fuel issue i think still trying to figure it out though- WyoD-Max

no the trans and everything worked fine its a AK5 but it doesn't do it all the time and when it doesn't do it everything works like it should . . . when it happens i put the pedal to the floor and nothing happens than all the sudden it kisks in and hauls butt . . .- WyoD-Max

thanks guys thats what i thought also when i pull the ignition fuse i thought it was supposed to kick oil up through that line when cranking over but no oil coming out... i checked for blockage in hose its clear also checked the oil fluid level and appears to be fine... so im not sure what is...- WyoD-Max

not sure bout the vvt turbo but when installing mine post turbo and post intercooler i noticed around a five psi jump in my boost pressure like previously stated denser air either way...- WyoD-Max
