    Have you checked fuel feed pressures to your injection pump. No less than 9 psi at idle . Check right at pump inlet. Just an idea!

    Check drivre line for slack in ujoints also . If there is excessive slack in joints the vibration may be eliminated by some braking force. Check with pry bar and look close. Doesnt take much for vibration.

    Look up Haldex. Its a junction box for 18 wheeler trailers. & stud and 8 stud connections in a black molded and sealed box. remote mount under the bed or on frame. Awsome. BE22010 is the haldex part #.

    Do you have the ability to read trans clutch engagement data, or connect pressure gauges to the trans oil ports to verify weather or not the clutch is engaged or nor engaged during shift command.
