    At this time I have the temp sending unit in the cooler manifold on the radiator stack on the return side (return from cooler to trans), I am going to replace the pan because it is rather dinged up and the replacement (PPE) has places for a sending unit, which would be the preferred location...

    I was under the impression the 07 1/2 up cruise was in the BCM not the ECM, looks like the D D is just a repackaged Rostra unit.

    Well I guess for 290K + that is not too bad, I need to confirm I used 15-40 otherwise I do not know of any thicker oil approved for turbo diesels.

    I am assuming it is close but will need to confirm, the sending unit also has a 20PSI switch in it for a light and the light flickers at temp when idling, large difference between cold and hot, cold it runs about 50PSI at idle and about 100PSI revved up

    It shifts a little "funny" unloads a little more than I care for between I think 2nd and 3rd but then again my LMM 1 ton shifts kinda weird compared to anything else I have ever driven, which is now sick with a defective ECM until I can get another one (may be here Friday!)

    Flashed the HMMWV tune into the white truck, no codes and I can see live data air flow, put the ECM into the HMMWV and no codes and I can see live data air flow, put the HMMWV ECM into the white truck and lots of codes and no live air flow data, pretty much raps up a bad ECM, now to find another...

    Tested both of the sensors in the stock truck and both worked, I could read flow in live data and no MIL, also the voltage on pin 1 reacted the same, 2.5V with key on and 5V key off until the ECM goes to sleep, so that only leaves ether a bad ECM or I screwed up the tune. I am going to dump...

    AHH! that makes sense, I guess there is a reason good ones cost so much, I do not see any Bosch listed at any of my "local" auto parts stores, Hitachi, A/C Delco (over 300 ouch) and store brands, I did confirm I could see the MAF data on my other LMM (stock truck) runs about 5 lb/min at idle...
