I’ll be able to drain it here in couple hours and pull it to have a look. Also, I thought it to be extremely strange not having a single code stored. I pretty much came straight here as I didn’t have any guidance, I’d at least been able to cross reference with the ATSG books and every code...- Cakes

Really hope that isn’t the case though I had a slight concern with not going the Suncoast or Goerend route. I used this company because of trying to stay local with all this crap going on, they do a massive amount of GM (mostly 4l60 and 80) and had done a few Allison’s and some Cummins trans.- Cakes

Update. I don’t know how I missed this but my reverse has the wheels moving forward. Neutral has the wheels ever so slightly, and I mean very slight, moving forward. Then when drive is selected the truck dies. I get that because this is my first build I’ve got a 99% chance I messed up...- Cakes

2003. Oddly no codes were present when I scanned with my v2 earlier. Just checked again with nothing. However the truck ran for a few seconds before wanting to stall, I turned it off before it could. It was in park.- Cakes

The title is the just of it I just finished a rebuild on my trans and installed it today. First time doing this but with the help of the ATSG book, Raybestos paperwork, some videos and the forums, I felt confident enough that I’d done a good job. As of right now I have about 20 ish quarts...- Cakes

04 lb7 stuck in third, with no reverse?
It would be cool if it were something simple, however, last time I saw this happen it cost me the price of a PPE Stage 4 trans kit. :D Kinda sounds like you're used to getting into it, with it being tuned and all, so with that in mind it might just actually be toast.- Cakes

Umm, not sure really. No track time but a few good launches with the stocks. And some cruising fun here and there. 230k on the clock though, so this has already had me thinking that some valve train components, rings, maybe the rods, are tired by now or hurting. Sent from my SM-N920T using... -

Need some thoughts/input. Truck went down for injectors about a month ago. Bought some used 50s from a member on here and had them tested by Exergy. They aren't Exergy's but they said the injectors tested pretty good. Sent them back nice and clean with spec sheet. Got everything... -

Injector stuck in cup
Did the prybar method a few times under the fuel inlet tab part of the injector body, if they're still in the head. One came out and what a pain it was to separate the 2 afterwards. Sent from my HTC One M9 using Tapatalk -
