    Are you talking about the surface rust on the pulley? If so, it will work just fine still. Make sure you don't have play in any accessories by rocking the pulleys and verify everything's turning freely before you install the belt and you should be good to go.

    I'll try that but it was driving flawlessy prior to the #5 injector connector acting up yesterday. Trans fluid and filter appear to be brand new. It's just odd this happened all at the exact same time. Thanks for your reply!

    In my neck of the woods some of the parts stores will loan out tools for free if you purchase the parts from them. Check and see. I hope they do if not I hope somebody is nearby that can help. Good luck.
