Whirring noise????
Mine has the pump whine also, and the noise in reverse, but only is noticiable when you give it throttle.- 02D-MAX

Allison 5sp: new here with questions
Do you have any friends or know of anyone around you with a programmer? Most of the programmers that plug into the OBDII port read and clear codes. All they would have to do is clear their truck then load yours. Just a thought.- 02D-MAX
