    Tie rod sleeve question (need answeres fast!!!)

    Put some good grease or anti seize on the inside of your sleeve's before you install them. I had a very tough time getting mine back apart before I was given this helpful hint. If you ever have to replace tie rods or get another alignment, you will save yourself some trouble by doing this.

    I'm running an MPI kit and noticed the downpipe is getting some pretty bad rust on it, so what is a good high temp paint for it? I used DEI high temp on the hot pipe and it didn't last long at all. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

    With the limited knowledge I have with it, I'd have to say the switch isn't working. After learning how the computer part of this DSP5 stuff works, the the switch part of this is very simple. Could your signal wire itself have a bad spot in it? Just a thought.

    Can somebody explain how to use the scan tool to check DSP5 voltage? I did the full flash on the tune tool, but when I turn the switch it doesn't seem to change. I've never used the scan part of this so any help would be much appreciated Thanks, John

    I'm not too hip on this EFI Live stuff yet. When I put twins on my truck I bought EFI from Rob (Idahorob) and put the tunes in the truck. I've never updated, so how can I do this and get my stuff ready for the DSP5 switch? Thanks, Johnny D.

    Oh thats not bad. My truck just seems like it's not pulling quite as hard by the old SOTP guage. Maybe it's just me getting used to it. Damn, that means only one thing.....I'm gonna need more power captain!!!:D
