"OFFICIAL" What did you do to your D-Max today?
replaced my upper ball joints, well uniball in my cst control arms, took longer than it should have but a bad day on the dmax is better than a good day at work:rolleyes:- cwolfley

Dexcool sludge or bad oil cooler?
definetly the mixture is a problem, also you have a sealing problem some where, more than likely your cap is bad dexcool will grow a fungus (the white crusty stuff you see) when exposed to air..... just a fyi once you get it all flushed and a clean system you can use regular green antifreeze...- cwolfley

LB7: eating batteries
if the alternator is not putting at least 14.3 volts at idle, it is bad and not maintaining your batteries.just thinking out loud. -

2003 LB7 with the dreaded white smoke at idle
not sure what your temps are at and fuel quality! but i had the same thing going on just before i jelled up 5 degrees and lower for a few days. ran ps-911 then a new batch of fuel and more howes addy, and clear back up. just a thought. -

welcome to the site, i have also just purchased my dmax and getting to know it pretty quick, i gelled up the other day going to work and also had a glow plug go bad at the same time. fun stuff.- cwolfley
