What's the going price for a ZF6 4x4 tranny with all parts to install plus a South Bend dual disk clutch set-up? I was told by someone else $3800-$4000, but seems kind of high to me.

I recently bought a 01' Chevy 2500HD 4X4 CCLB with a ZF6 speed. I am trying to decide if I should fix or just part out. Rockers are rusted out.

I would buy the transmission if you sell it all seperate, been looking for a few months now. Midwest transmission sells rebuilt zf6 for around $1700. Depending on which dual disk clutch it was and the shape of the transmission, I would say $2500- $3000 for the setup

I would agree if it comes with everything for a swap that's a fair price

Is that $1700 + core? Do you have a link, because the only one I seen on there website was $3193.

I will be parting truck out after Christmas.
