Trying to swap my chrome trim for black trim on a 2015.5 Denali HD. Pretty sure the front doors can be done without having to remove the door panels in that the small torx screw is accessible from outside of the door.
The big question is on the REAR doors in that the screw for the rear trim is actually located towards the front of the door and is hidden behind the plastic inner frame to the window that holds the molding. Ideally I'd prefer to not remove door panels if possible, so the questions are as follows:
1) Do you have to remove that plastic frame around the window in order to access the trim screw????
2) If you do, can you remove it without removing the whole door panel???
3) In either case, HOW do you remove the plastic window frame????????
