suspencion and t-bars

e 6 months ago i installed a leveling kit but now that i rebuild my front end i try to turn my t-bars down and it seems like my front end it does not drops down all the way not sure why, may be because i left the hd torsion keys? also notice that my suspension it feels some times more likely when im driving on uneven road like if metal is hitting against metal or like if my shocks are bad i have brand new shocks, i jack up the truck and with i flat bar was checking if something was loose or moving between the ball joints and i cant see anything any suggestions please thank you

The HD torsion keys reclock the torsion bars, so with them all the way down they act as if you have stock keys cranked up.

if u drive it around the block or two it will lower down even more... or i guess you could just jump up and down on the stepbars, or hit a speed bump.
