LBZ: Surging

I'm having stress with an 06. When it is in gear one or gear two, in the higher RPM's it will suddenly loose power for maybe 2 seconds, and then BOOM the tires squawk and it continues like normal. Its not at the shifts because I can lock it in gear and it does the same thing Torque Converter,? Not getting enough fuel??

Is at a certain rpm? Can you get a log?

I parked the truck for the night but I would say around 2400RPM and then its like it kicks in neutral
