Spin On Filter Magnet

Changing my fluid the other day I noticed the magnet is gone :angry4:

Where it went I'm not sure... I'm thinking I may have accidently thrown it away at some point when I first got my D-Max thinking it wasn't an important part (yeah I'm retarded). After doing some reading... yeah, I done screwed up. Did I do any damage? I'm going to order one and get it on there ASAP. Where does it go on the new filter?

The magnet protects the solenoids and valve body. You haven't done damage but you exposed the aforementioned parts to contamination. Get a magnet in there asap.

just put it over the threads and spin your filter on over it.
