Re-flash stock Allison?

Sorry. New to EFIlive, will ask a bunch of silly questions.:baby: I have "read" my Allison TCM, but do not want to change anything at this time. Do I need to re-flash stock TCM? Does it read or actually erase stock TCM?

If all you did was a read no changes have been made. Nothing has been erased on the truck.
