Hi everyone I'm new here on the forums, been lurking around for a couple of months. I Just bought my second LBZ Duramax, had a couple of Ford 7.3L before that. My latest ride is a 2007 Chevy SCSB LBZ that I bought from fellow member Jeremydon88.

I finally got it home Saturday night and have loved it ever since, these are pictures of the truck when I picked it up, there are many improvements to come

First things first is the interior needed a face lift, had a bunch of switches that weren't easy on the eyes, they were for the electric fans and the Lift pump, I changed it so the lift pump turns on with ignition and runs all the time and I put both electric fans on one switch and relay, I would eventually like to change this to some type of temp sensing relay to eliminate the switch all together, next I hit the junkyard and found a perfect interior donor truck!

I got everything switched over late last night but am still looking for some seat upgrades and door panels to do a power window/lock upgrade

I will get some better pictures in the daylight later!

I also threw my spare set of AE wheels on it to see which look I liked better

So I found a parts vehicle that I think will work, 2003 Sierra Ext cab that was SLT it has the door panels I want and all the harnesses I need for power options and steering wheel controls, going to go take a look tonight

Alright guys I picked up the donor cab, complete with all SLT harnesses and BCM, I almost have it out which is a SOB

Now I need to know what harnesses are going to have to get put into my truck from this, everything is connected and I'm not sure what works what, since this is a gas truck donor I don't want to replace everything but am stumped at what will be required for
1-power Windows locks/key fob
2-steering wheel controls
3-Bose audio if possible or should I just do aftermarket
4-power heated seats

I don't think I want to mess with digital climate control but what is involved

Thanks in advance guys, first time tackling a project of this size alone

Go aftermarket on the radio. Once you disconnect the factory Bose you will need a tech 2 to unlock it most likely for it to work. I have one out of my brothers 04 gas and couldn't get it to work in my 03 because of that. I already had Bose but wanted the 6 disc vs my single disc Bose model.

Thanks for the offer but I ended up getting a subscription to alldatadiy because I figure I'm going to need it more than once! I'm trying to start with just the power windows because they are supposed to be "plug and play" I gutted the doors and was trying to just plug everything in to test them, I swapped BCM out and the truck started but the power options did not work, I'm hoping this is because none of the motors are grounded so I'm going to go ahead and mount them in the doors so they get a ground and cross my fingers I have Windows
