i just got my transmission built and my builder used red devil clutches....are they any good?

No, not as good as they should have been.
I will be doing another project with Raybestos shortly and we're going to build some new stuff. This time they're going to listen to me.

i guess we'll see. i should be a little over 500 right now and am shooting for 600. so we'll see what time does.

who built it? why did they use unproven clutches? not a jab at you just curious

his name is mike sewell and he's a local builder whose build fit my budget. so far from what i've experienced the clutches have proven themselves to me. thats why i chose to let him build it, because i've rode in multiple high hp trucks that have his build.

what is required to add the pressure? he put the transgo in the valve body. or are you refering to a different part?

Have you done any boost launches? The builder that orginally did mine were supposed to use Alto clutches, but used Raybestos instead. I didn't have any problems until I did a few launches. Then I lost my C1's. What state is your builder located in?
