post count off??

When I log in, the column on the left (yellow circle) says 13 new posts, but in between the 2 threads replied in (red circle) there is only 6 total. I dont have any of the sections turned off or not visible (not even sure I can do that). What am I missing??

The main page is an add on, so it's possible that it's not pulling the information correctly.

Did you count the new posts in those 2 thread to see that there were only 6 new posts since you last were on?

Yeah. Then i looked at the main page and saw it said 13. Thought I may have turned something off without realizing.... or even set it to hide. I cant find anything though.

Not a big deal, just try to read everything on here and thought I was missing out somewhere.
