I'm thinking about building one. I have a 2008 suburban LTZ and I've found a 2009 2500hd donor.

The first issue is the donor is manual 4x4 and I want push button 4x4.

Will the harness and computers still work??

Is it just a mater of bolting everything on?

IIRC the tune is different for push button trucks so as long as you have everything hooked up and the correct tune it will work.

Oh I might be wrong it might be in the bcm not the ecm. Either way a dealer could flash in what you need.

You need the tccm and wiring for it to work. I don't think you need to flash anything thing else besides the tccm with the vin. Tccm= transfer case control module
