I've been reading a lot lately about the LLY holeing pistons as a result of an injector sticking open. Now I know the interwebs tend to bring out the horror stories rather then shine a light on the 1000's of LLYs out there not having the problem. What is the general consensus concerning the root cause? Do power adders help speed the problem along or is it going to happen no matter what (just luck of the draw?) Wondering if there is an ounce of prevention I can throw at the truck to help avoid the issue.
