Make sure you have a clean filter. Pump filter until it's hard.
Hook up battery charger.
Crank for 20 seconds (a very long time) and let cool a couple minutes.
Repeat.

If it doesn't start, you either have an air leak on the inlet side, or a fuel leak on the high pressure side.

If you replaced the FPRV, it might be the problem. Put a hose & bottle on the exit end of the driver's side rail (small nipple on rail near firewall). If any fuel comes out, you didn't do the shim mod / race valve correctly.

Make sure you didn't switch:

Crank and Cam sensors (very easy to do, and common)

CP3 Fuel return and feed (harder, but can be done)

Hook up EFILive and check cranking fuel pressure. Should be 4000 psi.

Do a search on Bottle Test. Do the bottle test.

Troubleshooting is a process of elimination when it comes to no-start.

This will eliminate the FPRV as a cause.

If the valve is letting fuel go back to the tank at idle pressure, you won't start.

You can do a simple version, just crank it with the hose off. You need to find where the fuel is going.
