hey guys and girls,new to efi,aiready downloaded stock data and sent it to pat,got it back and now tryin to download it to ecm but it keeps coming up flashscan cable unknown.unhooked and tryed again same thing.go easy on me now,i know its something simple but all new to me.thanks for any help you can give.

Did you load the driver for the flashscan cable? if not there is a tutorial on doing this on the disk that came with your efi or you can load it from efilive.com.

now its askin me if i want to lock my flashscan cable to ecm.do i need to do this.

Yes it has to be locked to the ecm before you can tune it.

hey thanks guys.just got it up and running.have alot of reading to do and learning todo,but ill take it in baby steps,oh yeah pat is the man this thing is crazy,just took it for a quick blast and it wont be no more stacks for me.unfriggin real i love it.thanks again.
