The valve relief you need is determined by a combination of lobe profile, timing, and lift. There isn't an easy answer.
Most clearance values are based on putting a cam in an actual engine and checking the clearances. Old school. You CAN do the math, but the manufacturers don't usually give out that much detail. Probably one of the reasons they invented the CAM Doctor....
The manufacturer should be able to provide that information for you.
