LML Steering wheel twitch when touching brake pedal

If i have turning pressure on steering wheel, when i barely touch the brake pedal there is a very noticable twich of the wheel. I stated noticing it a couple weeks ago when touching the brake pedal on a curcular on-ramp.
I initially was thinking it was brake pad or ball joint related however today i noticed it also happens when sitting still in the driveway.
This happens when i just bairly touch the brake pedal. It seems like something electronic is trying to make the wheel go toward the center position.
Any ideas?

hydroboost unit handles both duties. Sounds normal. I'd only have concern if it gets worse.

Follow up:
Flushed the neglected PS system and symptoms slowly subsided.
Will be flushing the PS system annually for now on. Inexpensive and easy to perform.
